Occasionally during the year, especially during the period of temperatures above 20°C, partial melting of cocoa butter, cocoa liquor, or cocoa mass may occur during transport, which may cause the so-called "chocolate blooming". We do not use cold packing materials for regular shipments as we strive to keep shipping and packaging costs low. Therefore, customers must consider the weather conditions before ordering.
